About Tim Izli:
Tim is a former fighter in Kick/Thai Boxing and Conventional Boxing with an experience of over 25 Years. Within this time he has held British, European and Intercontinental Titles in both Kick and Thai boxing, and also fought two World titles. He has obtained the 'Gold Bar' which is considered as the highest grade attainable in Kick and Thai boxing.
In 1983 he took over the Cobra Gym in Victoria London where he still trains and manages a pool of up and coming fighters which includes British, European & World Kick & Thai Boxing Champions.
In 2004, Tim promoted one of the most extravagant and prestigious Kick/Thai Boxing event in the UK. The event was covered by Eurosport, many celebrities attended it and ticket prices started at £1000. Subsequent to this event, Tim was offered to be involved in commentating on fight channels such as TWF and Eurosport. He also commentated a live K1 final show happening in Japan. In 2006 he was invited as a European representative in Dallas to attend a major MMA event.
Tim also has regular interviews in major magazine titles such as Combat, Fighters Monthly, Martial Arts Illustrated and GQ Active.
Overall, Tim has promoted 11 events, trained and managed 2 World champions, 3 European Champions and 5 British title holders.

No longer fighting professionally, Tim is not only concentrated on coaching, commentating and managing the Cobra Gym, he has now expanded his name to Izli Sport, a new Boxing gear and clothing line with his partner Bruno Rodriguez.
Bruno is a former French military policeman who used to instruct specific martial arts to the military forces. They both share the same acute passion and devotion for this sport.
The philosophy behind the brand is to provide the fighters with quality and style that will instill attitude and confidence in the fighters and make a difference during their training sessions and hopefully lead them to victory.
